Last week, Rene Awambeng, Founder and Managing Partner of Premier Invest, together with our colleagues Ed Marlow and Afolabi Obisesan, joined global leaders and investors at the Africa Investment Forum (AIF) 2025 Market Days in Rabat, Morocco: a flagship platform led by the African Development Bank and its partners to accelerate transformative investment across the continent.

Held under the theme “Bridging the Gap: Mobilising Private Capital to Unlock Africa’s Full Potential,” the Forum convened more than 2,000 delegates, closing over $15.3 billion in investment interest across energy, transport, and sustainable infrastructure projects.

Our participation underscores Premier Invest’s commitment to driving Africa’s development through innovation, governance, and collaboration. By connecting international capital with transformative, bankable opportunities, Premier Invest continues to play its part in unlocking growth across the South-South corridor.

As the AIF continues to strengthen Africa’s position as a global investment destination, Premier Invest remains focused on bridging ideas, institutions, and investors to deliver long-term value for the continent.
